Old building renovation in Friedrichshain

The core renovation of a 48 sqm condominium in Berlin-Friedrichshain presented a particular challenge, in particular due to a bathroom that was only 75 cm wide. A clever layout change not only optimised the narrow bathroom, but also created an open floor plan by dismantling the kitchen door. This measure gives the apartment a spacious atmosphere and makes it look modern, bright and friendly. The project combines efficient use of space with contemporary design and creates a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics.
